Our service

Quick Haul Dispatch connects independent carriers with load brokers and shippers. We act as a dispatching service, not a motor carrier — carriers remain independently licensed and insured.

No long-term commitment

Carriers work with us on a load-by-load basis. Either party may end the working relationship at any time without penalty.

Carrier responsibilities

Carriers are responsible for maintaining active MC authority, insurance, and compliance with applicable safety regulations at all times while working through our service.

Rates and payment

Rates are negotiated per load and confirmed before dispatch. Payment terms are agreed on a load-by-load or standing basis with each broker or shipper.
